In a time when customer service and genuine care for guests seem to be waning in all industries, it was refreshing to encounter such warm, sincere hospitality at Hansel Ford Service. Rob was my service advisor and he was an absolute pro! I have owned multiple Ford vehicles and dealt with many Ford dealers over the years and Hansel Ford has been the best experience. My only wish is that they would wash the vehicle after service like other Ford dealers used to do.

The deal materialized very quickly. I drove up from the South Bay to pick up the car on a Friday night. The car was ready, and the paperwork was completed in 30 minutes. Overall, the entire process was satisfying and painless. While I don't live near Santa Rosa, if I did, I would not hesitate to recommend Hansel Ford and Carlos to others. If you are in the market for a Ford (or Lincoln) in the Santa Rosa area, Hansel Ford is the place to go.

Amazing is all I can say. We are from Canada pulling a 5th wheel and had a deadline to be back when we discovered a tranny leak on our 2024 F-350. The previous dealership said the part wasnt available because our truck was too new. Purchasing the 4x4 F250 was a great experience. Knowledgeable input from Daniel Gentry was on-spot. Final purchase was very easy. We purchased a complete maintenance and extended package that allowed us complete ease at getting repairs and maintenance. We had an opportunity to have a valet service pickup, repair, and deliver the truck back to us. There were a few kinks in the process and until they are worked out, only a 4/5. Not bad, heh?

While I haven't had the pleasure of working w/ the service department yet, I *do* want to give a huge shoutout to the Sales Department for Andrew Garsa. From the point of greeting to the actual sale, he was a no-pressure (or he would've lost me) kinda guy, SO friendly and took hordes of time to find me my match. Truly a pleasure to the point I didn't even try to haggle him down on price (you're welcome, Andrew & team). My Maverick XLT/hybrid (2024) wasn't able to be released due to a recall, but he kept atop of it with me while I waited - and it felt forever to get my girl ready but we got there. He continues to check in to ensure my satisfaction, and I truly hope they give him a super raise (bonus).
