After all the dealerships I've been to in my life, Hansel Ford stands head and shoulders above the rest! They listened to my requests, met every need with patience and concern, they even played with my kids during the short wait for finance (including balloons and popcorn!) As we left with our new car, the Manager came out to thank us for our business again and invited us back for a Technology Tour of our new car, as well our first oil change is free! Anybody who didn't have a Great experience with Hansel Ford, obviously had issues coming in!Funny how you get what you expect!
