"...I just wanted to pass on an experience I had Thursday afternoon at your Santa Rosa location. I bought a new Ford f250 in Petaluma and picked it up for the first time and headed up to Santa Rosa to the Line-X shop for a spray in bedliner. The guys there had a real hard time getting a cable lock wheel that was installed in the back bed off so they could spray the whole bed. Ended up it needed a special tool. They told me to try the Ford dealer down the road and see if they could get it off. I showed up unannounced and met Wayne Shuster there. He got me in the garage right away and personally tried for about 20-30 minutes to get this thing off. It was pretty tricky. He was successful and I was able to keep my appointment and go back and get the liner sprayed in. Wayne gave me his cell # and told me to call him and come back afterwards to put it back on. I did come back and once again he took time out to promptly help personally and put it back on. I can't say enough about his courtesy in helping me and kind help. Great service and I wanted you to know personally. This is my second Ford purchase and I bought a toyota at the Hansel toyota in Petaluma in 2006 and this Ford at the Henry Curtis Ford and the Hansel group has been very great with the service and new car buying process.
