My husband and I are so excited for our 2012 Fusion and just wanted to give a quick thanks.  The car is amazing and we are so glad we didn't go with the Honda.  Ray was awesome for start to finish.  He was super informative and knowledgable about the car and its features.  He took the time to show us everything and hooked our phones up with the SYNC system.  He never pressured us and just led us to the right decision.  He also gave us different financing/leasing options to work with our budget.  We really appreciate him working for us and when our 97' Explorer dies we hope he can help us again.  We are so glad to support a non-bailout American car company!  The Fusion has exceeded our expectations.  Thank you Ray and Hansel Ford!

"...I just wanted to pass on an experience I had Thursday afternoon at your Santa Rosa location. I bought a new Ford f250 in Petaluma and picked it up for the first time and headed up to Santa Rosa to the Line-X shop for a spray in bedliner. The guys there had a real hard time getting a cable lock wheel that was installed in the back bed off so they could spray the whole bed. Ended up it needed a special tool. They told me to try the Ford dealer down the road and see if they could get it off. I showed up unannounced and met Wayne Shuster there. He got me in the garage right away and personally tried for about 20-30 minutes to get this thing off. It was pretty tricky. He was successful and I was able to keep my appointment and go back and get the liner sprayed in. Wayne gave me his cell # and told me to call him and come back afterwards to put it back on. I did come back and once again he took time out to promptly help personally and put it back on. I can't say enough about his courtesy in helping me and kind help. Great service and I wanted you to know personally. This is my second Ford purchase and I bought a toyota at the Hansel toyota in Petaluma in 2006 and this Ford at the Henry Curtis Ford and the Hansel group has been very great with the service and new car buying process. Thank you very much!"

"Thank you letter"

To whom it may concern:

 

For the last 21 years, I have only driven Ford trucks.  Bronco's, F-150's, Explorers and the like.  But, in February, I was enticed to switch over to GM by an executive who offered me their employee pricing program.  Who can turn down a good deal, right?  Well, despite my executive connection and my best efforts to purchase a great truck from them, the process was frustrating, to say the least.  They couldn't get me the truck I wanted and had an even harder time getting me accurate numbers.

 

As often happens, my mother got in my ear and suggested that maybe I needed to talk to a Ford dealer as I'd had such positive experiences in the past.  Well, as the old adage tells us, mother knows best.  So, I reached out to Hansel Ford and was lucky enough to get Drew Gottlieb on the case.  Within 5 minutes of walking into the dealership, Drew had the truck of my dreams rev'd up right in front of me and I was back in the Ford family.  Drew got me a better truck then I thought I could afford and he got me into it in a way that made me feel good about it. 

 

Drew told me that I "deserved" the truck, and He was RIGHT!  And Hansel Ford deserves salespeople like Drew!

"Letter of Appreciation"

Mr. Hansel,

 

Rarely am I so inclined to write an unsolicited letter but feel I must in this case.

 

This afternoon I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Kenny Westphal as well as other members of your sales staff.  My wife and young daughter were treated wonderfully as we researched our possible next car purchase.  We drove several cars and selected a 2007 Five Hundred.

 

My grandfather had a saying, ?People like to shop and not be sold.? 

 

I must say that was certainly true in this case.  We are extremely happy with our purchase,  Kenny?s customer service and the entire Hansel experience.  We look forward to our continued relationship and will certainly recommend Hansel to others.
